Fishwife's newest Smoked Salmon is tender, juicy, and our butteriest yet — slow-smoked over beechwood in small batches at a countryside smokehouse in Germany, then hand-packed at a Danish microcannery just outside of Copenhagen.
Raised in cold, clean Nordic waters, this salmon comes out with a lighter pink hue, a flaky, melt-in-your-mouth texture, and a gentle caramelization that makes it impossible to stop at just one bite. Packed in rich Spanish olive oil, it carries a slightly lighter smoke and less sweetness than our Gold Label — letting the natural quality of the fish shine through.
