This August, Gut Club welcomes special guest fermenter Karen for a special kombucha brewing workshop. Held on a special date and time, you'll learn how to safely brew kombucha at home, understand the health benefits of this probiotic-rich fermented tea, and discover how to create your own seasonal flavors through a second fermentation.

About Karen: Karen loves making food that is nourishing and delicious, using fresh, local ingredients. Her Passionfruit kombucha is made from a neighbor’s abundant vine blended with her own Meyer lemons. She began making kombucha in 2014 and has been making it continuously since. Her grandsons love her kombucha, often suggesting their own fruit blends. Blueberry Ginger is one such winning “komb-ination." Having made kombucha for 12 years, Karen has refined the process and loves to share what she has learned."
