Learn the basics on how to make your own sourdough starter culture, two types of loaves: a simple no knead sourdough boule recipe and a more advanced loaf that includes autolyse, folding and resting. Nutrition and health benefits will be discussed. Everyone will walk away with their own jar of sourdough starter they make that day and a recipe guide with everything mapped out in detail to help you begin sourdough bread baking on your own! Light appetizers, wine and refreshments will be served.
