Learn the basics on how to make your own gluten free starter culture and a gluten free sourdough boule. Class will also cover how to flavor and shape the dough into buns and bagels. Nutrition and health benefits will be discussed (as well as how to make the bread lectin free) and you'll leave with a gluten free sourdough starter and a handout with everything mapped out in detail to help you begin gluten free sourdough bread baking on your own! Lite refreshments included.
