GLUTEN FREE SOURDOUGH BREAD BAKING
Learn the basics on how to make your own gluten free starter culture, a gluten free sourdough boule and a 48 hour fermented buckwheat loaf, all using natural gluten free levain. Nutrition and health benefits will be discussed and you'll be emailed a booklet with everything mapped out in detail to help you begin gluten free bread baking on your own! Everyone will walk away with their own jar of gluten free starter they make that day.
