GLUTEN FREE SOURDOUGH BREAD BAKING
Learn the basics on how to make your own gluten free starter culture, a gluten free sourdough boule and a 48 hour fermented buckwheat loaf, all using natural gluten free levain. Nutrition and health benefits will be discussed and you'll be emailed a booklet with everything mapped out in detail to help you begin gluten free sourdough bread baking on your own! Instructions on how to log in will be emailed out to all participants 24 hours before the course goes live.
