NEW!!!! ROOTED LIVING SERIES - MARCH - MONTECITO LOCATION

$65

NEW! 2nd Wednesday of every month at our MONTECITO location.

Come explore our Rooted Living Series with Emma Rollin Moore. Root Living is a monthly gathering designed to reconnect us to the rhythms of the seasons and the wisdom of our roots. Each month, in alignment with nature’s cycle, we explore topics on holistic nutrition, fermentation, seasonal cooking, craft, meditation, and breathwork — cultivating resilient bodies, steady nervous systems, capable hands, and meaningful community.

In a fast-paced world, this is a return to slower rhythms, ancestral nourishment, and intentional living. Because when we root deeply in what sustains us, we grow strong from the inside out.

For our first class in March we will be highlighting the theme of renewal and spring cleansing through detoxication and liver support.

Emma will highlight what spring teaches us, breath work that can guide our detoxification system as well foods that support detoxification.  Everyone will make their own liver detox tonic and spring detox food boards.

When: Wednesday, March 11th • 6-7pm

Instructor: Emma Moore, Co-Founder Women’s Heritage and Heritage Goods and Supply

Location: Heritage Goods & Supply, Montecito location (1275 Coast Village Road)
