how to make the most out of seasonal produce, both in the kitchen and on the table.
Participants will enjoy expertly-made drinks and appetizers prepared by Robin Deem of CaliGirl Cooking followed by Instagram-worthy styling food styling tips and tricks. Viktoriya Filippova from FOLD will walk you through setting a simple, no-fuss table using what you already have in your home and in the garden. Participants will take home recipes and fresh ideas from Robin and Viktoriya. Simple styling kits will be available for purchase.
About the Instructors:
Robin Deem is the founder of CaliGirlCooking.com, a food blog featuring recipes for a balanced life. With classical training at the Culinary Institute of the Pacific and experience working with some of the nation’s top restaurants and catering companies, Robin brings a wealth of knowledge to the sustainable culinary field.
Viktoriya Filippova is a local designer, maker, stylist, and founder of FOLD, a textile studio
specializing in hand-crafted table linens fusing traditional craft and textile treatments with
modern design. In addition, Viktoriya is the curator and host of Cookbook-ish, a cookbook club for people who love cooking, cookbooks, and getting together in real time.
