Making Summer Ferments + Gut Health Class


In this workshop we will explore the many benefits of fermentation and explore how to make a variety of good for our gut ferments inspired by the summer season.

Ticket includes making and creating: 


Lemon + Thyme Zucchini pickles 

Lacto fermented pesto

Peach kimchi 

Lacto fermented peppers and hot sauce  

Lacto fermented Salsa

Summer fruit shrub

*Note: All workshops are final sale, however, there is a 5 person minimum requirement for this class to proceed. If we do not reach 5 participants we will unfortunately have to cancel the class and refund you in full 48 hours before the scheduled workshop.
