Celestial Terrestrial Spring Tonic
Tonic vinegars are a traditional way to preserve the vitamins and minerals in foods long after they would have spoiled in other preparations. It is called a Spring Tonic because of the herbs used, but it can be taken any time of year. This tonic is made with organic apple cider vinegar and herbs used by healers to cleanse and tonify the liver, such as stinging nettle, burdock, and dandelion. The way it is taken is usually about one tablespoon in a small glass of water with a squeeze of lemon.
